For climbers of all levels, genders, and ages….CLIMBING IS HARD! Understanding the fundamentals for technique are crucial for building good habits, improvement, and staying healthy. This goes all the way up to the highest level of climber. Whatever your climbing goal is, I can help you achieve it!
